Hayley came to CDA in 2025 with experience in high-level administrative roles supporting architecture, structural engineering, and property management firms in Boston. Born and raised in Barrington, Rhode Island, she graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Public Communication and a specialty in strategic writing. Hayley is a recovering perfectionist who credits her appreciation of finer details to her very early love of Martha Stewart Living.
More than anything, Hayley loves being outside, especially near the water. She’s happiest kayaking, paddleboarding, skiing, running, or going on a sunset walk. Hayley is passionate about feeling her best every day and is a certified yoga teacher and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. In 2024 she fulfilled a lifelong dream of completing her first marathon, here in Newport. Though her love for the outdoors has taken her to some special places—including whitewater rafting on the Nile, SUPing in a collapsed volcano in the Azores, and studying yoga asana in Peru's Sacred Valley—she insists Aquidneck Island is the best place in the world to live and enjoy God's creation.
