What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Studies
- Registered Architect or actively pursuing licensure
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience post-graduation
- Experience with large-scale projects from planning through construction administration
- Experience collaborating with Project Architects and clients throughout all phases
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Revit
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available to work full-time on site in Middletown, RI or Brandon, FL
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating as a team member to accomplish project goals
- Contributing to design and drafting across all phases of a project
- Conducting code reviews
- Preparing and submitting documentation for town permitting (Zoning, HDC, CRMC, DEM, etc.)
- Creating 3D renderings and presentation boards
- Coordinating and communicating with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Supporting Construction Administration activities
