Carolina brings over 20 years of experience in architecture and specializes in high-end residential design. She holds both her Bachelor's and Master's of Architecture from the University of Miami where she studied Urban Design on a full scholarship. Carolina loves the fulfillment that brainstorming and close collaboration with clients brings to her work, and she has an exceptional touch for integrating wish lists with effective design. A registered architect in Florida since 2011, she brings confident, lighthearted leadership to CDA’s Tampa team.
Originally from New Jersey and raised in Cape Coral, Carolina is fluent in Spanish and deeply values her Colombian heritage, family, and the mentors who guided her path. Carolina holds a special place in her heart for mid-century modern architecture and Colombian cuisine. Whether exploring new beaches with her two growing sons and pup or enjoying a cool fall day on the coast, Carolina lives with gratitude, creativity, and intention.
